Procedures and Fee structure.
Unlike most companies Amethyst Simon will carry out an inspection
and valuation of your premises before advising whether or
not an appeal should be made.The fee for this preliminary
advice will depend upon the size and nature of the property
and will be geared in relation to the Rateable Value of the
premises as follows:
- For
Rateable Values up to £50,000 £250.00
- For
Rateable Values from £50,001 to £100,000 £350.00
- For
Rateable Values from £100,001 to £250,000 £500.00
- For
Rateable Values from £250,001 to £500,000 £750.00
- For
Rateable Values in excess of £500,000 £1.000.00
