In June 2005, Esther gave up her job to pursue her dreams deciding to train in the personal development arena.

Esther Austin is the author of 7 published books, both comedy and inspirational material. Her poems have been published in various anthologies and she has had material read over the BBC World Service. She is also an established writer and has been a contributor to various magazines.

Esther is also a qualified NLP Practitioner, Teacher, Life Coach, Inspirational Speaker, Personal Development Trainer and Talk Show Host of an empowerment show.

Every Tuesday on playvybz radio www.Playvybz.com she hosts, InspireMe, an empowerment show between 12pm-2pm. She also hosts a Friday night show from 8pm-10pm. Esther’s remit is to inspire, empower, share knowledge and gain learning from dynamic individuals who have a positive and powerful message to share with the global community thus enabling her to share her passion for personal transformation.

Esther is a visiting tutor at Hillcroft Women’s Residential College and works with young women at The Marsha Phoenix Memorial Trust (Mrs Sybil Phoenix, MBE).

Esther has a special love for the outdoors and physical activities. She enjoys and values spending time with her two boys, going to the theatre, writing, eating out and travelling and often takes parts in sponsored activities. She has a keen interest in learning about spiritual, psychological and philosophical matters.
